About Justine….

Having a change of career is an exciting prospect and Covid certainly did that for me; I took a deep breath and my path began in early 2020.

Initially training with the BSM/AA for my Part One and Part Two, I quickly learnt what this job entailed – not only do you require patience and an eye for detail, but you also need to be a good listener and very quickly learn how to adapt your lessons and situations around a varying array of personalities. From a speedy 17-year old boy to a cautious 40-something lady; every lesson needs to be tailored to suit, yet ensure they all follow and learn the correct protocols and driving abilities to pass their test.

After passing my Part 2, I became a PDI with Carrs Driving School in Crowborough who, after only four months, got me through my Part 3 test first time to become a fully qualified ADI; something I’m very proud of.

My main mantra has always been ‘teach them to drive for life, not just how to pass a test’ – so far this has been the perfect pathway for all of my pupils.
